Our client is a dynamic and steadily growing European engineering and technology company delivering innovative and sustainable solutions across multiple industries. As the organisation continues to strengthen its Digitalization Team we are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in complex ERP environments, collaborating with business stakeholders, and contributing to international digital transformation initiatives.

YOU WILL:

  • Contribute to the administration and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related systems, ensuring high availability, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide Level 2 support by resolving complex ERP-related incidents and delivering advanced functional assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution and effective problem management.
  • Participate in non-regression testing during system upgrades and releases. Validate that technical and functional requirements are fully met, and verify the effectiveness of fixes and enhancement packages.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. Support budget tracking and resource monitoring to ensure transparency and efficient cost management.
  • Actively engage in system enhancement, optimization, and integration initiatives (including M&A projects). Contribute to driving innovation and sustainable growth through digital transformation and technology-driven solutions.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Ability to deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Good knowledge of Windows desktop OS.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, M365, AD, Azure).
  • Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
  • Good prioritization skills.
  • Fluent in English.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Flexibility: hybrid working model with flexible hours. You will have the opportunity to work remotely most of the time; however, occasional presence at the office in Kaunas, Vilnius, or Klaipėda (depending on your preferred location) is required.

We offer a gross (before taxes) salary range of 2500-3333 EUR per month for this role. The final offer will depend on your experience and skills.
