We are looking for a Mid-Level\/Senior Software Developer to work on the development of a large-scale project for a USA-based insurance platform that connects insurance companies, brokers, and users. This is a great opportunity to work on a complex, high-impact system that enhances insurance processes and user experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

YOU WILL:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Write clean, testable, and efficient code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analyze, understand, and refine project requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure best coding practices are followed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING<\/strong>: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • At least 2<\/strong> year of experience with React<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • At least 3<\/strong> year of experience with Node<\/strong>.js.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with Python<\/strong> (a plus).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong collaboration skills in Agile teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        For this role, we offer a NETO (after taxes) salary range of 1700 – 2300 Eur for a mid-level developer and 2300 – 3300 Eur for a senior developer.
