ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION
We are looking for a Mid-Level Software Developer to join the development of advanced business management systems for one of the leading electronics and technology solution providers in the Baltic region. This is a great opportunity to work on large-scale, high-impact internal systems that support business operations, enhance efficiency, and drive digital transformation.
YOU WILL:
- Develop, maintain, and improve business management systems using Microsoft technologies (T-SQL, VBA, ASP.NET, C#).
- Ensure system stability, perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate closely with IT and business department leaders to identify and implement the best technical solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver clean, reliable, and well-documented code.
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and system functionality.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:
- Strong knowledge of databases (preferably MS SQL).
- Understanding of XML, XSD, JSON, REST, SOAP standards.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Python and C# programming languages is a plus.

For this role, we offer a NETO (after-tax) salary range of 2000-3000 EUR/month. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
