ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION

YOU WILL:
- Analyze client situations and translate them into structured project requirements.
- Define project goals, business logic, process flows, and identify risks and assumptions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specs, task assignments, and recording changes/decisions.
- Coordinate the technical team: break down tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress and deadlines.
- Understand business processes and read process diagrams to discuss workflows effectively with clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear status updates.
- Contribute to improving project management practices and workflows..
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing IT or automation projects.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to structure requirements and processes.
- Experience in project documentation and task management.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams effectively.
- Basic understanding of business processes and ability to interpret process diagrams.
- Experience in Agile / iterative project environments is a plus.
- Experience in AI or automation solution projects is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Technical or IT-related education is a plus.

For this role, we offer a NET (after taxes) salary range of €1,500 – €2,500, based on experience and skills.
