ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION
Our client is a leading European engineering and technology company that delivers innovative digital and engineering solutions across various industries. As the organisation strengthens its internal IT capabilities in Lithuania, we are looking for a IT Support Specialist (German Speaking) to join the growing team.

YOU WILL:
- Perform detailed troubleshooting.
- Deploy and support computer hardware, peripherals, and other related IT equipment.
- Deploy and support software products, including updates/upgrades/firmware.
- Inform customers about mass incidents, service disruptions, and planned maintenance.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:
- Ability to deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Good knowledge of Windows desktop OS.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, M365, AD, Azure).
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework.
- Good prioritization skills.
- Fluent in English and German.

We offer a gross (before taxes) salary range of 1500-2700 EUR per month for this role. The final offer will depend on your experience and skills.
