ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION
Our client is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their motivated, international team. You will design intuitive, clean, and user-friendly interfaces across a variety of projects in banking, fintech, healthcare, startups, and more.
YOU WILL:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to delivery and iteration.
- Lead user-centered design initiatives, using insights from UX research to make informed design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and scalable design systems that ensure consistency and excellent user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals.
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring interfaces are usable by everyone.
- Support junior designers, helping them grow professionally.
WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:
- Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles: typography, layout, color theory, and scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
- Experience conducting and applying UX research, turning insights into actionable designs.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.

For this role, we offer a Gross (before taxes) salary range of 3500 – 6100 EUR/month. The final salary agreement is based on skills and experience.
